Along with earning a master’s degree, LaNier is a certified business coach and holds a certification in Corporate Entrepreneurship.
Since leaving the security of her government job to embark on her entrepreneurial journey, LaNier started several home-based businesses which gave her the freedom to live on her own terms and stay home to raise her three children. As the wife of a college football coach and dedicated mother, LaNier has personally experienced many of the challenges and frustrations of running a business from home around her family and transient lifestyle. She tackled the overwhelm by tapping into the power of teamwork and time management systems, which helped her to blast into a whole new level of business success and fulfillment. She is now enjoying a purposeful, productive, and profitable business teaching other women entrepreneurs how they can do the same!
LaNier is creator of Superwoman to Powerwoman: 5 Secrets to Balancing Marriage, Motherhood & Making Money Without Losing Your Mind, and Struggle to Strategy: 5 Secrets to Eliminating Overwhelm So You Can Dramatically Increase Your Productivity and Profits. She offers coaching, training, and mentoring programs that help entrepreneurial women successfully start and stay in business.
LaNier is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., board member of the American Football Coaches Wives Association, and delights in serving as a Dress for Success volunteer. When she’s not empowering women entrepreneurs, you can find LaNier at a Zumba Fitness or Line Dancing class.
